A thief that was only interested in swiping kitchenware puzzled people in Qingdao. According to one resident, the thief often broke into houses at night and stole items such as bowls, pots and pans. During the past 20 days, six families in the resident quarter had been robbed.

A new survey claims that the price of second-hand houses in Dublin has risen by more than 10% so far this year. According to the survey by auctioneers Douglas Newman Good, the annual rate of house price inflation in the city now stands at 25.8%.
